June Heydarian, SUPR, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® AdvDCAL, President and Founder
June Heydarian, President and Founder of Sage Management, is an award-winning Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) with 26 years experience in the Nevada HOA industry. June has been recognized for her dedication to excellence in the community management industry as the recipient of multiple awards, including CAI Nevada’s 2023 Golden Star Award, 2022 Association Management Specialist (AMS) of the Year, 2021 On-Site Manager of the Year, 2019 Business Partner of the Year, and was a 2020 President’s Award Recipient. June is also featured in the 2023 Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine.
June brings her clients a wide range of knowledge and experience: managing single-family and condo/townhome communities, luxury high-rise towers, and master-planned communities and assisting builders in establishing HOAs and governance of declarant-controlled communities. Her legal experience, practical community management techniques, and strong HOA accounting background set associations up for success.
In addition to chairing the CAI Nevada Chapter Education Committee for 3 1/2 years, June has authored/co-authored over 20 continuing education classes. She is a regular instructor for both boards and managers. She holds a Nevada Supervising Community Manager License, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), an Advanced Dedicated Community Association Leader (AdvDCAL), and a Nevada Educated Business Partner (NVEBP).
Appointed by the governor of Nevada to the Commission for Common Interest Communities and Condo-Hotels in 2022, June is an instructor for the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Community Association Manager Pre-Licensing Certification course.
Audrey Kanthack, Controller
Audrey Kanthack is a highly experienced Controller at Sage Management with a career spanning over four decades in accounting and operations. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked in various industries, including private manufacturing, property management/developer offices, and CPA offices in California and Nevada.
Audrey's HOA experience began at a California CPA office, where she was responsible for general ledger accounting and HOA financial statement preparation. Audrey has a successful track record of managing accounting software conversions and client accounting integration efforts, ensuring accurate accounting and financial statement preparation.
As a person, Audrey values honesty, integrity, and dedication, aligning with Sage's core value of providing excellent service. In her free time, Audrey enjoys hiking, playing tennis, traveling, spending quality time with family, and reading.
Lara Knipmeyer, Director of Community Management (Northern Nevada)
With over 20 years of experience, Lara has established herself as a highly accomplished professional in the field of community association management. A native of Reno, Nevada, Lara holds a Supervising Community Manager license from the State of Nevada Real Estate Division.
Lara's dedication to her profession, her tireless efforts in promoting education, and her ability to adapt and innovate in challenging times truly sets her apart. In addition to serving as the Senior Instructor / Coordinator for the Key Realty 60-hour Pre-Licensing courses, Lara has worked with the City of Reno on Stormwater Management education for common interest communities as well as a new collaboration in the works with the University of Nevada Reno. Together with a local fire consulting firm, Lara created and facilitated a series of CE classes on wildland fire education, covering various topics related to wildfire safety, prevention, and response. She has worked together with other states, such as California and Idaho, to develop and deliver educational programs for managers, homeowners, and board members.
Lara has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for communities, education, and community advocacy, translating to superior community management services for Sage Management clients.
Deidra Wanzo, Director of Community Management (Southern Nevada)
Deidra Wanzo is a highly experienced Supervising Community Association Manager at Sage Management and a prominent figure in the homeowner association (HOA) industry. With a DCAL recognition and over 17 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes.
Since beginning her career in 2007 in the field of HOA management, Deidra has steadily advanced, gaining valuable insights into all facets of the industry. She is highly organized and efficient in building and maintaining client relationships. Her strategic mindset and proven operational skills have made her a leading contributor in the field.
As a result of her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional value to associations, Deidra earns respect, drives results, and consistently exceeds client expectations. Her ability to inspire and lead teams has made her an invaluable asset to Sage Management.
